The “Aroma Dress” session is based on these unique qualities of plants.
It is a deeply personalised process during which an individual composition of essential oils is created in alignment with the person’s intention. The resulting aromatic blend becomes an energetic carrier of that intention, supporting and accompanying the individual throughout the process of bringing it into reality.

The uniqueness of the “Aroma Dress” lies not only in the creation of a personalised aromatic blend, but also in the process through which it comes into being.
During the session, the individual interacts directly with the essential oils, paying close attention to personal sensations, inner responses, and reactions to each aroma. This process helps move beyond habitual rational choices and reveal what the person truly needs at that particular moment.
The practitioner does not offer a ready-made solution or create the composition according to a standard formula. Instead, they guide the individual through a structured process of discovering, selecting, and combining the oils, helping to create a unique “Aroma Dress” that cannot be reproduced in exactly the same way for another client.
The result of the session is therefore more than a pleasant fragrance. It becomes a personal energetic code, created by the individual in interaction with the power of plants and directed towards the realisation of their personal intention.
HOW THE SESSION WORKS
Defining the intention and focus of the session
At the first stage, the practitioner attunes to the client, helps uncover the true essence of their intention, and determines the direction of the work ahead. A unified space for the session is created, in which the client’s intention becomes the foundation for their personalised “Aroma Dress.” This intention serves as the starting point for all subsequent work with the essential oils.
Attunement to the DNA field of plants
At the second stage, the practitioner attunes the client’s energy field to interact with the unique DNA codes of the plants represented in the essential oils.
A subtle connection is established between the client’s intention and the natural power of the plants, allowing the subsequent selection of oils to take place on a deeper and more conscious level.
Introduction to the aromas of essential oils
At the third stage, the client is introduced to the essential oils one by one through inhaling their aromas.
Each aroma may evoke particular sensations, emotions, images, and memories. By observing their inner responses, the client begins to recognise which plants resonate most closely with their current state and intention.
Selection of individual oils
At the fourth stage, the client and practitioner select the essential oils that resonate most closely with the client’s current state and established intention.
During the selection process, inner blockages and limiting patterns may come to the surface, while the resourceful states needed to support the further realisation of the intention begin to unfold.
Creation of a personalised composition
At the fifth stage, the practitioner blends the selected essential oils with a carrier base in individually determined proportions.
The finished composition is placed in a personal bottle, becoming a unique aromatic blend created specifically for the client in alignment with their intention.
Sound attunement with the composition
The final stage is a meditative attunement between the client and their newly created aromatic composition. Holding the bottle in their hands, the client focuses on their intention while listening to the sounds of the crystal harp. This process helps establish a deeper inner connection with the personalised composition and strengthen the intention infused into it.
