The session begins with a conversation with the client. The specialist discusses their current condition, primary complaints and needs, as well as lifestyle, sleep patterns, diet, physical activity, and emotional stress. This helps to gain a general understanding of the client's condition and determine which areas require special attention during the diagnostic process.

After the conversation, the person lies down, closes their eyes, and relaxes their body as much as possible. The therapist explains abdominal breathing techniques and helps regulate their breathing rhythm. Calm and even breathing promotes deep relaxation, reduces internal tension, and transitions the energy system to a more natural and stable state.

Diagnostics of the physical body

The Chakraphone's special resonant keys are sequentially applied directly to the body in specific areas corresponding to internal organs, chakra centers, and energy channels. Each key is tuned to a specific sound frequency and, when activated, interacts with the vibrational state of the area being examined. Based on the sound and vibrational response, the specialist determines the harmonious functioning of each area.
