Absolutely all energy healing sessions are conducted only in the early morning from 6:00 to 12:00 am.

It is advisable to go to bed early the day before the session. You cannot eat after 6:00 PM. Dinner should be light and without animal fats.

1. It is strictly forbidden to drink alcohol before and after the session. This is the most important and basic rule. Alcohol significantly lowers vibrations, which leads to a pathological condition. If you drink alcohol before or after the session, there will be no result at all. You will only waste your time and money, as well as the healer's time and energy. 2. It is strictly forbidden to eat before the healing session! The healing is carried out only on an empty stomach. You can only drink mineral water! Not tea, not coffee, not juices - but only mineral water! You can eat light food 3 hours after the session.

The healing result directly depends on the severity of the disease. In a mild form of the disease, healing occurs in 3 days or 7 days. In a more severe form, if the disease is chronic, healing occurs in 14 days or 21 days. This is how much time the cell needs to completely re-index and renew itself. In a severe chronic form of the disease, healing can occur through an exacerbation, this is an absolutely normal process since the cell completely re-indexes and re-transforms. In some cases, with very severe forms, up to three healing sessions are required.
