CLASSIFICATION OF DISEASES
Disease is a disruption of the integrated functioning of the human organism. Everything in the world is governed by cause-and-effect relationships, and illness is no exception: there is always a root cause from which a disease originates. A manifested illness is already the consequence of this deep underlying cause. The human organism is a unified system in which body, mind, and soul are closely interconnected. When harmony is disrupted in even one of these spheres, an imbalance arises that gradually manifests on the physical level. The root causes of illness may include disharmonious thoughts and destructive emotions, improper nutrition and lifestyle, blocks and traumas on the energetic level, and a disruption of a person’s connection with their soul and inner source of strength. Thus, disease is not an enemy, but a signal. It comes to show a person exactly where balance has been disturbed and what needs attention in order to achieve healing and restoration.
Diseases are divided into three categories:
Karmic
These are illnesses a person is born with. They are initially encoded in the DNA spiral and are part of the soul’s program. Karmic diseases cannot be completely cured; however, their course can be significantly eased and quality of life improved.
Essentially, such illnesses represent a karmic consequence — a kind of “imprint” of the soul’s actions and choices in past incarnations. Through them, a person gains experience, atones, and becomes aware of the lessons of their spiritual path.
Why they arise:
Karmic diseases are the result of the soul’s experience and actions in past incarnations. They carry lessons that a person must go through in order to complete certain karmic programs.
What to do:
✔️ Acceptance of one’s destiny and inner humility.
✔️ Deep spiritual work: prayers, meditation, forgiveness practices.
✔️ Energy practices to alleviate symptoms.
✔️ Harmonization of the soul and consciousness so that the illness ceases to be suffering and becomes a wise teacher.
Transformational
These illnesses are given to a person “from above” as an instrument of deep transformation of consciousness and lifestyle. They initiate a process of rethinking, like a system “reboot,” shifting the individual to a new level of perception and existence.
Transformational diseases may serve as a trial, a lesson, or preparation for the completion of the earthly path and exit from the matrix with the closure of all programs. This category often includes widespread viral epidemics, as well as severe illnesses such as oncology.
Why they arise:
These are illnesses that come “from above” as a tool for transformation. They appear either to awaken a person or as a sign of the completion of earthly programs. They change consciousness, compel a reassessment of lifestyle and values, like a “system reprogramming.” Mass viral epidemics and severe diseases such as oncology are often included in this category.
What to do:
✔️ Perceive the illness as a transition to a new level, not as a punishment.
✔️ Consciously change lifestyle and habits.
✔️ Learn to trust the Divine plan and the Universe.
✔️ Focus on spiritual growth, love, and gratitude.
Acquired
Almost every person is born healthy, except in cases of karmic diseases. However, throughout life, due to improper nutrition, an unbalanced lifestyle, emotional overload, and the accumulation of negative energy, a person forms various illnesses on their own.
Such diseases are called acquired. Their key feature is that they are fully reversible. Absolutely all acquired illnesses can be healed, provided there is a change in lifestyle, nutrition, thoughts, and restoration of energetic balance.
Why they arise:
Energy stops flowing freely through the body, cells become acidified and lose vitality, which leads to disease.
What to do:
✔️ Change nutrition and switch to cleaner, more nourishing food.
✔️ Release toxic thoughts and emotions.
✔️ Restore physical activity.
✔️ Use energy practices: sound therapy, breathing techniques, structured water, work with tuning forks, singing bowls, and others.
✔️ Learn self-regulation and the maintenance of inner harmony.
✔️ Most importantly: all acquired diseases can be healed.
FOUR MAIN CAUSES OF ACQUIRED DISEASES:
Negative emotions
Negative emotions are one of the key and primary sources of acquired diseases. Emotions are energy that we create ourselves. The quality of our life and the state of our health depend on which emotions we choose to experience and transmit. Irritation, anger, fear, resentment, and guilt gradually destroy inner harmony, block energy flows, exhaust the nervous system, and weaken the immune system. Positive emotions — joy, gratitude, love, and calmness — on the contrary, fill the body with vital energy, support balance, and promote the restoration of health. In essence, a person creates their own reality and forms the foundation of their physical and psycho-emotional state.
Non-resource nutrition
Non-resource nutrition is the second key source of acquired diseases. What we eat and drink on a daily basis directly shapes the condition of our cells, metabolism, and overall level of vital energy. Chemically processed foods, artificial additives, excess sugar, alcohol, and heavy or fatty foods lower the body’s vibrational level, overload the liver, disrupt intestinal function, and exhaust the nervous system. Cells deprived of living, high-quality energy gradually lose their ability to regenerate fully. As a result, recovery processes slow down, premature aging accelerates, and conditions are created for the development of chronic diseases. In contrast, resource-based nutrition — living food, fresh fruits and vegetables, greens, clean water, and natural products — fills the body with bright life energy, supports cellular renewal, strengthens immunity, and helps restore inner balance. Nutrition forms the foundation not only of physical health, but also of psycho-emotional state, energy level, and overall quality of life. A conscious approach to nutrition, combined with energetic and sound practices, enhances processes of cleansing, restoration, and deep transformation of the body.
Passive lifestyle
Physical activity is as essential to the body as breathing and nutrition. In the absence of movement, muscles and joints gradually lose tone, blood circulation slows down, and cells enter a state of stagnation — in simple terms, they “fall asleep.” As a result, energy production and renewal decrease, immunity weakens, chronic fatigue appears, and conditions are created for the development of various diseases.
Movement, on the contrary, activates cellular renewal processes, improves the functioning of the heart and vascular system, stimulates metabolism, and saturates tissues with oxygen. Regular physical activity — whether walking, exercise, yoga, dancing, or any other form of movement — awakens vital energy, stabilizes the emotional state, and strengthens the body. An active body is an active life. Movement is one of the key sources of health, longevity, and inner harmony. When movement becomes conscious and regular, the body ceases to be a source of tension and transforms into a conductor of energy, strength, and life balance.
Loss of Connection with the Higher Self
When a person lives exclusively through external concerns and material tasks, forgetting the needs of the soul, they gradually lose contact with their true nature. The absence of inner meaning, spiritual balance, and connection with oneself leads to a state of chronic fatigue, apathy, and a feeling of inner emptiness. The loss of connection with the Higher Self becomes a deep underlying cause of many psychosomatic illnesses. Inner disharmony is reflected at the level of energy and emotions and ultimately manifests in the physical body. By returning to awareness, meditation, spiritual practices, and reconnection with one’s inner light, a person gradually restores wholeness, realigns the energy field, and opens the path to deep healing.
CONCLUSION
Acquired diseases are not random — they are the language of the body and a signal that balance has been disrupted between emotional state, lifestyle, and spiritual connection with oneself. The body never becomes ill “for no reason”; it reflects inner processes that have remained unattended for a long time. True healing of absolutely any illness — whether it is tonsillitis, psoriasis, hormonal disorders, gastrointestinal diseases, or cardiovascular conditions — requires a comprehensive and holistic approach. There are no “minor” or “purely physical” illnesses: every condition is the result of accumulated imbalance on several levels simultaneously. It is impossible to restore health by affecting only one diseased organ or eliminating external symptoms alone. The human organism is a unified system in which emotions, nutrition, movement, the nervous system, energetic state, and level of awareness are deeply interconnected. When treatment is directed exclusively at a single organ without considering the overall condition of the body and inner background, the root cause of the disease remains untouched. In such cases, symptoms may temporarily subside, but the imbalance continues to exist and eventually manifests again — either in the same area or in another part of the body.
A holistic approach to healing involves simultaneous work on several key levels:
🌟 emotional — releasing suppressed feelings, chronic stress, and inner conflicts;
🌟 nutritional — restoring resource-based nutrition as the foundation of cellular health;
🌟 physical — through movement, breathing, and activation of vital processes;
🌟 energetic — as the primary foundation upon which all other levels are formed.
The energetic level is fundamental. Any disruption first arises in the human energetic structure, then reflects on the emotional level, and only afterward manifests in the physical body as disease. By restoring harmony simultaneously on all levels — energetic, emotional, physical, and spiritual — a person regains not only health, but also inner strength, clarity of consciousness, stability, and a sense of wholeness. Healing in this case becomes a natural process of returning to balance and one’s true nature.
